Police belived to have substantial evidence in Yeremi Vargas case

Police investigating the disappearance of Gran Canarian boy Yeremi Vargas have said that they now belive to have substantial evidence following their announcement last week that they had a formal suspect.

Now a police search is underway in the places where the main suspect is known to have lived and spent time.

It is understood that the main suspect will also be brought to the Canary islands should anything of significance be discovered. The suspect is currently serving a prison sentence for a serious assault of a child in 2012.
