Polls predict another close election result in Spanish general election

With just over two weeks to go until the second Spanish election, the war of words between parties has started to surface as polls are showing that PSOE could be suffering at the hands of Unidos Podemos.

The latest figures suggest that Mariano Rajoy’s PP could lead with 28.5% of the vote, with Unidos Podemos in second and PSOE in third.

Now the 2 socialist groups have launched a stinging attack at each other, as PSOE tries to highlight the communist component within the anti-austerity group.

PP currently remain in the lead according to national opinion polls, with a 5.3% lead.
