69-year-old man dies in fire

A 69-year-old man died on Tuesday night in a fire in an apartment in Avda Archipiélago Canario in Puerto de la Cruz.

Emergency services were called to the blaze, however they were unable to save the man.

Another person had to be taken to Hospitén Bellevue suffering from smoke inhalation, but his condition is said not to be serious.
