21 children hospitalised in virus outbreak

An outbreak of an enterovirus that can cause severe illness has hospitalised 21 children in Catalonia and infected nearly 50.

One child is understood to have been paralysed due to complications from the virus.

Authorities have said that they are investigating the cause, in an effort to try to combat the virus spreading further.
