New construction in Benidorm approved

The town hall in Benidorm has recently granted planning permission for Sunset Drive, the first large construction project in the city since the economic crisis.

A local construction company will build two 24-storey apartment blocks on the Poniente side of town near the InTempo building.

The first block of apartments are due to be finished by September next year and 40 of the planned 264 apartments have already been sold.
