Property sales rise in Spain

The sale of properties in Spain has rose by 17.6% in April, when compared to figures for the previous year of 2009. A total of 34.326 sales were registered during the month of April 2010. These figures show that there has been an increase in property sales since January 2010 (the first increase in 2 years). January showed an increase of 2.1%, March 2010 9% and now April 2010 with an increase of 17.6%.
