Three arrested for drug smuggling airport security breach

Three men, including one airport security guard, have been arrested at Malaga airport on drug smuggling charges.

It’s understood the guard managed to let items of luggage bypass security screening in what is understood to be a serious breach of security at the airport.

The other two were arrested whilst about to board a flight to London Gatwick. On them they had 4.5 kg of drugs and over €1150 on their persons.
