Investigation launched after tourist knocked down

An investigation has been launched after a 26-year-old British man was badly injured whilst trying to cross the A-7 motorway in
Puerto Banus.

The accident happened in the early hours of last Friday, when witnesses said they spotted the man trying to cross the road.

Emergency services were called to the scene and he was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries, which are being described
as severe.
