Qatar airways increases ownership of Iberia

Qatar Airways has increased its stake in Iberia owner IAG to 15%.

The Gulf owned airline has recently increased the number of shares in the group of businesses who own British Airways, Iberia, Vueling and Aer Lingus.

The purchase of the latest set of shares makes the airline one of the biggest stake holders of the aviation group, with a valuation of nearly 2 billion Euros.
