Civil war era bomb found in Valencia port

An area of the port in Valencia was cordoned off on Monday after a civil war era shell was discovered there.

Policia Nationals bomb squad carried out a controlled explosion on the device to make it safe, and the remains of the 80-year-old shell was removed.

After a search in the area to ensure that no other relics from the war remained, the area was reopened.
