Foreign property investment boom

Foreign property buyers in Alicante are pumping an average of €2.25 billion a year into the provincial economy, says a report released this week,

Data released this week from the College of Notaries shows that in 2015, investment from foreign buyers rose by 12.4% on 2014.

When compared to 2010, last year see’s a 710% increase in investment.
