World Champion Boxer Kell Brook stabbed on Holiday in Tenerife

World champion welterweight Kell Brook was stabbed this morning (Thursday, 4th September 2014) while resting on holiday on the South Coast resort of Golf del Sur, in the municipality of San Miguel de Abona, Tenerife.

While his life is reported to not be in danger, he has been transferred to the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de Candelaria due to the serious nature of the stabbing.

Brook won the ‘World champion welterweight’ title last month after a big fight in California, USA.
