Santa Cruz port receives over 18.000 passengers this week

The port of Santa Cruz (Tenerife) will receive 5 vessells this week, from today, Thursday 20th January 2011 bringing over 18.000 passengers into the capital of Tenerife, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The first cruise ship to arrive will be the MSC Splendida arriving with over 3.200 passengers and 1.100 staff and will stay on the island between 08.00 to 16.00, the second one will be MSC Fantasia arriving on 23rd January at 08.00 with over 4.300 visitors and will leave the port at 18.00. Friday will see the arrival of the ship ‘Thomson’ with 1.100 passengers followed by the ‘Aibadlu’ which arrives at 20.00 on Friday.  The ‘Boudicca’ will bring 850 passengers and 500 staff on Saturday 22nd January 2011.
