10% increase in air travel seats for Tenerife

Tenerife will gain an extra 600.000 seats this summer, bringing the total from last years air travel seats of 5.900.000 to 6.500.000. This is a 10% increase over last summers figures. The main porcentage increases are as follows : Portugal (66%), Poland (46%), Italy (40%), France (39%), Norway (36%) and Austria (31%), while the highest increase by numbers will be from the UK with an extra 365.000 seats. The new airlines flying into Tenerife will be : Meridiana Fly and Alitalia (Italy); Eurocypria Airlines y Lot Polish (Poland); Viking Hellas (UK), Adria Airways (Slovenia); Star Airlines (Lithuania); Icelandair (Iceland) and Strategic Airlines (France).
