Unelco-REE : Invest in infrastructure or leave

After leaving the whole island of Tenerife in the dark for a second time in less than a year, Jose Manual Bermudez has told Unelco-REE to invest in their infrastructure in order to avoid another general power cut. he went on to pass comment about their buildings not beign able to withstand a drop of water without having disastrous effects and agreed with Paulino Rivero (president of the Canarian Government) in stating that if they are not prepared to improve their service to the Canaries they should leave and make way for new operators.
