5 cruise ships bring over 17.000 tourists to Tenerife this week

The port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife will receive, between Monday 14th February 2011 and Sunday 20th February 2011, the arrival of five cruise ships with around 17,230 people, 14,150 of them are tourists and the rest, 3080, are the crews of the ships.

The week will begin with the arrival on Tuesday 15th Feb of “Costa Concordia”, a ship that will bring 5,200 cruise passengers and 1,200 crew. It arrives from Casablanca 08:00 and is scheduled to remain docked until 5PM, when it leaves for Funchal.

Friday the 18th will see the arrival of the “Island Escape” and “AIDAbella” which will result in the movement of 4,400 cruise passengers.

Saturday 19th will see the arrival of the “AidaBlu”, which brings about 2,200 cruise passengers.
