4 treated for smoke inhalation after fire

4 people had to be treated for smoke inhalation after an apartment fire in Altea.

Fire fighters were called to a blaze in the early hours of Sunday morning on the calle La Trompa de Altea.

It’s understood 2 Policia Local, a Guardia Civil officer and the owner of the apartment had to be treated for smoke inhalation.

The fire was soon contained, and little damage was made to any of the other apartments in the block.
