Toll roads see rise in use

Toll roads in Spain have seen a surge in use last March, with figures rising over 17% compared to the year before.

The news comes as figures show that road use in Spain is on the rise. March saw thousands more cars take to the roads, although many say that Easter is to credit for the increase in travel.

Toll roads across Spain saw a rise, with the R2 toll road towards Madrid seeing over 17,000 extra cars a day use the highway.
