Torremolinos unveils new parking scheme

People heading into Torremolinos town centre to shop or eat out will have access to free parking under a new scheme launched this week.

Nearly 1200 parking spaces will be made available for people who want to make purchases at shops, restaurants, bars and other businesses in the town centre.

Under the scheme, participating businesses can hand out one-hour parking vouchers to customers who make purchases in their establishment.

The aim is to improve and promote local commerce in the area.
