Swarm of bees removed from Torrevieja

Emergency services were called to remove a swarm of bees from the centre of Torrevieja.

The hive, which was believed to house over 5000 bees, was situated in Calle Campoamor.

Torrevieja’s firefighters, aided by professional beekeepers, managed to safely remove the swarm and move it to a more suitable location.
