Memorial service to be held for Los Cristanos victims

A memorial service for those who died in this months building collapse in Los Cristainos will take place tonight at 7pm in the Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Carmen, which is the church in Church Square.

The multi-faith service will be open to people of all faiths, and will be hosted by Catholic, Protestant and Muslim representatives on the island, after the religions of the seven victims.

Outdoor screens will be erected and drivers are being reminded that road closures are expected.
