Man killed by buffalo in local attraction

A man was killed on Wednesday by a charging buffalo at a safari attraction along the Costa Blanca.

The 42-year-old man was reportedly carrying out maintenance at Safari Aitana outside Alicante on Wednesday morning.

He was taken to hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival. Authorities are still investigating what happened.
