British man stabbed in Fuerteventura
A 64 year old British citizen has been reported to have been stabbed at around 4AM on Monday morning (1st April 2013) in the town of Caleta de Fuste (Specifically in the area of El Castillo) in the municipality of Antigua on the island of Fuerteventura. The injured man reportedly received several stab wounds to the abdomen and was taken by ambulance to the Fuerteventura General Hospital, where he was admitted but his life is currently reported to not be in danger. The Guardia Civil is investigating the attack and has already reported to have the weapon with which the attack took place, a knife about 20 centimeters in length. It is also questioning several witnesses who saw the incident take place and are looking for the alleged assailant, who apparently is a foreign national.

This does not surprise me as when i was there for a month back in jan/feb you could see something like this building up as lots of groups of foreign nationals just hanging around street corners.The government must act now before this area becomes a no go area,act NOW!!!!! please
