Unemployment continues to rise in Spain
Unemployment increased in Spain in November this year (2011) for the fourth consecutive month and recorded 59,536 more unemployed people, representing an increase of 1.37% over the previous month (October 2011) and brings the total of unemployed people in Spain to 4,420,462. According to recently released data, unemployment has increased by 310,168 people, (+7.55%) so far this year. With the exception of the agriculture sector, where unemployment fell by 2,571 people, unemployment increased in all sectors, especially in services, with 48,788 more unemployed people, followed by construction with 5,769, and industry with 3,389.
