Canaries at Fitur 2011

Ricardo Fernandez (Tourism, Canarian Government) has presented the details of the stand for the Canary Islands that will be presented at this years Fitur in Madrid between 19th and 23rd January 2011. This years stand will include a ‘Wellness Delight’ zone to promote spa and health tourism. Ricardo went on to say that they aim to continue to grow the mainland market (Spain) followed by Great Britain and Germany. The islands main attractions are  good climate, beaches and security when compared to other destinations.
