Spains General Strike raise minimum services

According to a new document released by the Canarian government, the level of minimum services to be guaranteed tomorrow, 29th Sept. 2010 during the general strike, has been increased to cover 50% of the transport of passengers to/from ports and airports for domestic flights, and 40% for international flights, after many businesses complained that the previous minimum services offered would not meet the demand and that tourists visiting the islands should not pay the consequences of the strike.
