25 illegal immigrants arrive on Lanzarote
A ‘zodiac’ type inflatable boat arrived on the beach of Las Cucharas in the north-east of Lanzarote at around 21:00 yesterday (31st of January 2011) with around 25 people on board, of which 18 have already been arrested. The occupants are believed to from the Sahara and Morrocco.
