Olive theft arrests made

Guardia Civil have arrested 23 people accused of stealing over 300 tonnes of Olives, to sell on the black market.

The gang was uncovered in an operation across the Toledo and Ciudad Real regions.

Farms were targeted across a large swathe of Spain, with 5 factory workers also being arrested, and over 18 tonnes of the fruit seized.
