Wanted British man arrested in Gran Canaria

A 35-year-old was arrested after arriving in Gran Canaria this week, after it was discovered there was an open arrest warrant pending for the man.

The man, who arrived on a flight from Manchester, was detained and questioned upon his arrival on the island.

He was bailed after a late night court appearance.
