2 hikers rescued on Mount Teide

Emergency services were called to search for 2 missing Italian hikers yesterday, after they were reported missing.

The two, both in their twenties were found later in the day. One of them had sustained minor injuries.

Bomberos, Guardia Civil and a search and rescue helicopter were all involved in the search, the latest in a series of searches around the Teide area.
