Unemployment continues to rise

Unemployment continues to rise both in the Canary Islands and nationally in Spain. the rise during March 2010 was 1.39% which is an extra 3.595 people in the islands. Nationally, the rise was 0.89% (35.998 people). This brings the total amount of unemployed people in the Canaries to 261.534.
