Four hotels in the Canary Islands (three in Gran Canaria and one from Lanzarote) have featured amongst the Top 100 hotels in the world, according to the Holiday Check awards. Hotels Las Costas, Cordial Mogán Playa, Seaside Sandy Beach and Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort Spa & Casino are the four hotels that have featured in the list. 307.000 people have voted for 81.000 hotels rating them from 1 to 6.

Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa is located in Puerto Mogán, Gran Canaria. Hotel Seaside Sandy Beach is in Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria. Hotel Lopesan Costa Meloneras is located next to the lighthouse in Maspalomas and Hotel Las Costas is in Playa de los Pocillo in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.
