More bad weather is set to hit the Canaries with forecasts of rain, high winds, possibility of storms and snow over 2.400 metres. Waves up to 5 metres are also expected. Unemployment continues to rise in the Canary Islands, this time by 1.58%. Although slightly lower than the national figure of 2.03%. This is the seventh consecutive month that there has been a rise in unemployment. In the Canary Islands there are now 257.939 people unemployed and nationally 4.130.625 people are unemployed.
